I never got the package

I have never ordered something and continued to get “how did we do” when I still don’t have the product that I ordered. I don’t even understand how it can come from China, go through customs and then sit at an Airport for 2 weeks and still no movement. The think it’s truly a hoax and I am never getting what I paid for
